We are looking for the right people to join our expanding Content Marketing Team to support our brand partnerships within the LSGI group and across our recently launched customer engagement and referral platform.

  • Work within our own CRM and CMS platforms with analytics reporting
  • Ensuring that any external supplier or tech spend is delivered on time and on budget
  • Actively participate in reactive real-time dialogue if needed, via media channels with partners and end-users
  • Advise the team of any preferential, new or untapped channels and how we can make best use of them
  • Ensure that all content generated adheres to ours and our partner’s brand guidelines

About you:

  • 5+ years within a similar content or digital comms role is essential, with ideally at least 1 year of management experience
  • Ideally both B2B and B2C experience, preferably with more than one brand
  • Commercially aware, ideally with an interest in tech or SaaS business models
  • Experience of the leading and delivery of multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills, including experience in copywriting and proof-reading
  • A keen, creative eye for spotting relevant trends within content and marketing channels
  • Experience of contributing to the creative development of new ideas, strategies, and stories as part of the wider team
  • Experience using CRM or email tools to plan and deliver campaigns
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required
  • Strong people skills and experience in communicating to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage time within a team
  • Able to use digital and creative programs (Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office) to a professional level
  • Website development (Wordpress/Webflow) or coding experience would be a bonus

"I started working for CiK late 2021 and immediately felt welcomed and valued by the entire team. Each day I get to work alongside great people, input my own ideas towards the progression of the team, all whilst progressing my career both professionally and personally. The working environment and energy within the office is unparalleled and I thoroughly enjoy my time here"

– Amelia, Customer Engagement Adviser
"CiK’s welcome and training has given me the confidence to branch out into a different field and the support I get has given me every opportunity to reach my earnings goal – I was pretty much hitting the OTE after only a month or so of doing the job…it’s all there if you want it."

– Molly, Estate Planning Consultant
"I started working for CIK as an admin assistant last year. I immediately felt welcomed throughout the entire office and could quickly tell that CIK is a great company that has good strong work ethos and morals. This trait is seen from the top and is noticeably spread throughout the whole company. The whole team are really approachable and easy going but all have a common drive which is really infectious. I love working for CIK and love what it represents and the endless potential that determination and hard work can take us where we want to go."

With an inclusive attitude and a dedication to helping customer’s needs, CIK employs a range of friendly and helpful people, all from different walks of life. Day to day I work as part of a small team, but we have the freedom to control our own working day & support is always at hand from colleague’s, team captains and management alike.”

– Aaron, Customer Engagement Adviser
"I have been with CIK for just 4 months and having no prior legal experience my journey has been filled with learning and growing within the organisation. During my short time I already feel that CIK have an excellent team, who consider each employee as an asset to the company. "

– Jess, Customer Engagement Adviser
"I have worked at CiK for almost one year now. As a customer engagement advisor, I have ability to follow the customer through the process from start to finish, which gives genuine fulfilment. You can feel the relief that they are assured the best possible planning has been put in place and that it fits their wishes. The atmosphere we work in is fun and relaxed however everyone remains focused on the task at hand and have clear goals and communication.  All the team are approachable and helpful which has made joining the team and fitting in extremely easy.
Here’s looking forward to the future."
