We are looking for the right people to join our expanding Content Marketing Team to support our brand partnerships within the LSGI group and across our recently launched customer engagement and referral platform.

Role overview:

Reporting primarily to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for advising on and overseeing the content strategy and production for us and our partners inside our engagement platform and its initiatives. This role will require both the creation of new, bespoke content and also the gathering and management of existing partner content, ensuring that it adheres to overall campaign strategy. As well as working within our engagement platform, you will also be responsible for communicating key messages to a wider audience in traditional social and marketing channels.


  • Provide a point of contact and liaise with counterparts within partner businesses
  • Curation and management of existing partner content, with ability to direct how this fits into overall campaign strategy and business initiatives
  • Creation of comms plans and delivery of key messages and strategy to the marketing team
  • Planning and creation of our own creative content where needed including tutorial videos, website and social media content and integrating into campaigns and wider messaging
  • Work within our own CRM and CMS platforms with analytics reporting
  • Ensuring that any external supplier or tech spend is delivered on time and on budget
  • Actively participate in reactive real-time dialogue if needed, via media channels with partners and end-users
  • Advise the team of any preferential, new or untapped channels and how we can make best use of them
  • Ensure that all content generated adheres to ours and our partner’s brand guidelines

About you:

  • 5+ years within a similar content or digital comms role is essential, with ideally at least 1 year of management experience
  • Ideally both B2B and B2C experience, preferably with more than one brand
  • Commercially aware, ideally with an interest in tech or SaaS business models
  • Experience of the leading and delivery of multi-channel campaigns
  • Excellent spoken and written communications skills, including experience in copywriting and proof-reading
  • A keen, creative eye for spotting relevant trends within content and marketing channels
  • Experience of contributing to the creative development of new ideas, strategies, and stories as part of the wider team
  • Experience using CRM or email tools to plan and deliver campaigns
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently when required
  • Strong people skills and experience in communicating to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage time within a team
  • Able to use digital and creative programs (Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office) to a professional level
  • Website development (Wordpress/Webflow) or coding experience would be a bonus
